AetherOut supports legal and compliant return and refund services to protect the legitimate shopping rights and interests of every customer. This policy is formulated in accordance with UK consumer protection laws and applies to all products of our outdoor survival series.
1. Return Eligibility & Time Limit
Customers can apply for return or refund within 30 calendar days after receiving the goods. The returned products must be in unused, undamaged, unmodified original state, with complete original packaging, labels, accessories and manuals. Products with obvious use traces, artificial damage, missing accessories or damaged packaging caused by personal reasons do not support return and refund.
2. Quality Problem Refund & Exchange
If the products have factory quality problems, functional defects, wrong delivery or missing parts, we provide free return, exchange and full refund services. We will bear the return shipping fees for quality-related problems. Please take photos of the product problems and send them to our official email for verification within 7 days after receiving the goods.
3. Non-quality Return Rules
For personal reasons such as inappropriate product size, personal preference mismatch and accidental purchase, customers can apply for return within the valid period. Customers need to bear the return shipping fees, and the original shipping fees paid during the order placement are non-refundable. We will deduct the corresponding handling fees according to the actual situation for returns with incomplete packaging.
4. Refund Processing Time
After we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm that they meet the return conditions, we will initiate the refund within 5-10 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account. The arrival time of the fund is subject to the processing cycle of your payment platform and bank.
5. Special Product Exceptions
Disposable emergency survival supplies, customized outdoor products and clearance discounted products are final sale items and do not support unconditional return and refund, which will be clearly marked on the corresponding product details page.
